Lenox Square Mall – It’s higher end than you might expect but several times a year the stores at Lenox flip their merchandise and sell off all the old season’s stuff at lower prices. You can pretty much always find a sale going on and hey, it’s great for a cheap people watching activity!
The Fancy Flea – if you don’t mind pre-owned stuff the Fancy Flea is right up your alley. It’s chock full of booth after booth of interesting, mostly handmade crafts and you can really score a great deal.
Tanger Outlets – About an hour outside the city in Dawsonville, GA, lies the best sets of outlets this side of the Mississippi. Tanger has a huge outpost here but come during the week if you can – this place gets packed.
